We value positive relationships with parents and carers to help develop better social and emotional skills in children. We know that when children are engaged with their learning, they attend school more regularly, leading to better long term outcomes.
For parenting and counselling services, visit the Family Support page, and for direction and clarity on regulations, processes and procedures at our school, read the Sydney Catholic School policies.
The Parenthood Network helps to foster community interest in education and promote closer liaison between the school and community through advocacy and involve parents through fundraising initiatives, feedback and policy development. Meetings are held one evening each term and are advertised on the parent calendar, which is located on the school website. All families are very welcome to attend. It provides the opportunity to meet with other parents, celebrate the achievements of the team and support the learning, community and fundraising activities of the school.
